Hi! I’m Jess.
I see my work as a collaboration in which you as a client are the expert of your own experience and empowered to play a part in your own healing and growth processes. Many clients come to me hoping to strengthen their mind-body connection, and improve how they feel and move on a daily basis.
As a dancer, bartender, and massage therapist, I understand the way movement and overuse can take a toll on the body and mind. It’s always my intention that folks can expect a customized session to address repetitive patterns and tension, while also giving you a space to really rest + receive.
I prioritize building a trusting relationship with all clients, because I believe that it is only from this foundation that we may explore your body’s history, injuries, chronic pain, and mental, emotional, or physical trauma in a safe and affirming way. My hope is that each session feels like a container for exploration, connection, restoration, and grounding. I feel honored to be a part of this step in your path of self-care.
